References to investments, ETFs, asset classes, withdrawal rates, accounts, government programs or planning strategies are examples to research, not recommendations or suitability assessments. Investments can lose value.
Using the tools without an account
Supported calculators may be used without an account. Anonymous work is not intended to be saved and may disappear when the page is refreshed, closed or the session ends. You are responsible for recording any result you wish to keep.
Free Retired Kevin accounts
A free account is intended to let you save supported work and reopen it on supported devices. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and signed-in devices, and notify Retired Kevin promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, attempt to access another account, bypass security controls or use the service unlawfully. Retired Kevin may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.
Account creation will not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.
Saving, migration and deletion
Only supported records you explicitly save will be eligible for account storage. Creating an account will not automatically upload existing browser records.
Existing locally saved work will be migrated only after you choose it and the account copy is verified. A device copy will not be removed without separate confirmation.
Account controls are intended to support plan export and deletion. Some narrow security, legal or backup records may remain temporarily as described in the final Privacy Policy.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, results, third-party information and whether a tool fits your circumstances before making a decision. Consider qualified professional help for decisions with material financial, tax, legal, insurance, housing or health consequences.
Do not enter unlawful content, malicious code, credentials, account numbers or information you do not have the right to use.
Privacy and security
Use of the future account service will also be governed by the final Privacy Policy and Security statement. No online service can guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability or recovery of every record.
Files, exports and third-party services
You are responsible for controlling access to exported reports, spreadsheets, copied summaries and shared links. Review them before sharing because they may contain information or assumptions you entered.
Some tools use public sources, educational assumptions or uploaded information. Data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly entered or unsuitable for a particular use. Third-party links and provider names are included for convenience and education; their own terms and policies apply.
Future paid features
Basic account saving, recovery, export, privacy controls and deletion are intended to remain available without a paid subscription. If paid features are later introduced, their price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be disclosed separately before purchase.
Availability and changes
The site may change, pause or remove features, particularly during testing. Retired Kevin may update calculations, assumptions, data sources, security requirements or these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be identified before they take effect.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is intended to be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
The limitation-of-liability language, applicable law and dispute provisions require professional legal review before these terms become effective. Nothing in the final terms may exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
